Manzi Homes East is pleased to announce that we were awarded the opportunity to build the new homes to be located at the Green Hollow Woods Subdivision. On our floor plans page, you will find the nine plans that were submitted to the Town for review. All of these plans can be custom built, altered or expanded on. Green Hollow Woods will be our second subdivision with the Town of East Hampton. We have already completed five homes on Stuart’s Lane. We also are in the process of finishing a single lot home on West Drive and an interior/exterior renovation project on 9th Street.

Manzi Homes East also built the Springs-Fireplace Road Apartments. It has been a privilege to work with the Town of East Hampton and our various customers and we are happy to continue our relationship with the future Green Hollow Woods residents.
